Mr. Bhattacharya is the Chief Financial Officer of The Catalyst Capital Group Inc. (CCGI). Prior to joining CCGI in August of 2025, Mr. Bhattacharya was the CFO/CCO of One Queen Capital Inc., a CPP Investments portfolio company.  Other senior roles for Mr. Bhattacharya include positions at iGan Partners Inc., Morneau Shepell Asset and Risk Management Ltd., and Burgundy Asset Management Ltd.  Mr. Bhattacharya’s earlier career was spent at UBS Global Asset Management and the Ontario Securities Commission.  Mr. Bhattacharya began his career at PwC working in the audit practices in Toronto and then later, the Cayman Islands.  Mark qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1999 (Ontario) and graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Guelph.
